Forming sequence
Incoming bar or strip is supported and guided through a series of forming stations. The tooling progressively develops the required helical form before the finished auger is supported or collected. The exact sequence depends on the starting section and target coil.
Define the incoming material
Provide material grade, cross-section, dimensional tolerance, supply condition and coil or straight-length form. If heating or another thermal step is required, state its purpose and the process information available from the material supplier.
Define the finished auger
Send outside diameter, pitch, hand and a clear cross-section drawing. Include the intended tube inside diameter and a sample if the machine must reproduce an existing auger. Multiple products should be listed separately rather than combined into one broad range.
Line scope and controls
Available source material shows a forming unit, material support, auger support, control cabinets and a furnace as possible line elements. Their inclusion, size and control method are confirmed project by project. No automatic-control, capacity or universal-size claim is made without a final specification.
Installation inputs
Confirm site voltage, frequency and phase, available floor area, material-feed direction, ventilation needs and lifting access. Provide the preferred line orientation and any restriction on furnace or support length.

Frequently asked questions
Use these answers as a starting point. Final geometry, material and equipment scope are confirmed from the project information.
What sample or drawing is needed before machine selection?
Send the incoming material section and the finished auger outside diameter, pitch, hand and cross-section. A physical sample and section photograph are useful.
Is a furnace always included?
Thermal processing appears in available line material, but it is not assumed for every order. Heating method, length and process purpose must be confirmed in the quotation.
Are rollers and tooling included?
Tooling scope is reviewed against the target auger profile and material. The final roller set, spindle or guide scope is stated in the machine quotation.
Which electrical supply should be prepared?
Provide site voltage, frequency and phase. Motor, controls and any heating equipment are matched only after the final line scope is confirmed.
Can one setup produce every auger size?
No universal range is assumed. Each required profile and coil geometry must be compared with the roller, guide and support configuration.
