Use these questions to identify the information needed before a product or machine route can be confirmed.
Start with the finished part or production target. Send the available drawing, dimensions, material and application, and we can separate flight supply, forming machinery and ground screw equipment.
Outside diameter, inside diameter, pitch, thickness, hand and finished length are the core geometry. Add material grade, quantity, shaft or tube details and any joining requirements.
Sectional flighting is commonly reviewed for larger diameters, heavier plate, wear materials, special root or rim features, and projects that need individual segments for assembly.
Cold rolling and mould winding are continuous forming routes with different section characteristics. Hydraulic pressing forms individual segments. The correct route depends on geometry, material, length and production volume.
Compare the complete product range rather than one headline dimension. Send the smallest, largest and most difficult flight drawings together with strip grade, coil size, output target, voltage and layout.
Yes. List each part or model requirement separately and identify the priority application. Representative drawings make it easier to compare shared tooling, utilities and line interfaces.
Packing is reviewed from product size, weight, surface protection, lifting points and destination handling. Final packing and shipment scope is stated in the quotation rather than assumed from a general product page.
