Product and process views

Product role
The vertical beater breaks up organic material as the spreader distributes it across the field. The available material describes a high-hardness, wear-resistant blade configuration designed for convenient replacement.
Drive matching
Gearbox ratio, output torque, shaft distance and overall length should be confirmed with the spreader model. Customized dimensions are available from a verified drawing.
Beater and gearbox scope
The product family can include the beater, transmission gearbox and related drive components. Documented ratio options cover output torque from 1,500 to 6,000 Nm, so the drive should be selected for the actual spreader load rather than by auger diameter alone.
Information needed for a replacement
Provide the spreader make or a dimensioned drawing, beater diameter and height, blade thickness, shaft dimensions, mounting positions, PTO/input data and desired gearbox ratio. Photos of the existing installation help verify the interface before manufacture.

Frequently asked questions
Use these answers as a starting point. Final geometry, material and equipment scope are confirmed from the project information.
What information is needed for a replacement vertical auger beater?
Send the spreader model if known, overall beater diameter and height, shaft and mounting dimensions, blade geometry, rotation direction, drive data and clear installation photographs.
Can the gearbox be selected from auger diameter alone?
No. Input speed, required output speed, torque, ratio, shaft arrangement, mounting position and the actual spreader load all need to be reviewed.
How should blade material and thickness be confirmed?
Provide the existing material if known, measured thickness, wear pattern and manure or fertilizer conditions. Final material and geometry should be agreed from the drawing and service requirement.
Can a worn sample be used when no drawing is available?
A sample can support the review, but wear can change the original geometry. Reference dimensions from the machine and mounting interfaces are still needed.
Does the product scope automatically include the complete drive assembly?
Not automatically. The quotation should state whether the scope covers the beater, gearbox, shafts, mounting parts or only the specified replacement component.
