Catalogue configuration
The HP Series catalogue lists HP100 with a 12 mm maximum thickness, 10 mm minimum ID, 450 mm maximum OD and 600 mm maximum pitch. The listed mould height is 180 mm. These are individual catalogue limits, not a guarantee that every combination can be formed.
Machine and site planning
The catalogue lists a 2,300 × 490 × 1,400 mm machine size, 0.55 t weight, 3 kW motor and 20 t hydraulic cylinder at 20 MPa. Confirm the destination electrical supply, tooling, installation space and acceptance parts in the quotation.
Drawing and tooling review
Hydraulic pressing forms individual sectional flight blanks. Provide drawings for the smallest, largest and most difficult segments, including any edge features or gaps, so the mould and forming route can be reviewed. Compare the next HP140 model if the target range exceeds the HP100 catalogue figures.

Frequently asked questions
Use these answers as a starting point. Final geometry, material and equipment scope are confirmed from the project information.
Does the catalogue maximum thickness confirm every HP100 flight?
No. Check the complete drawing, material grade, blank shape and mould requirements before confirming a working range.
What information is needed for an HP100 quotation?
Send the finished OD, ID, pitch, thickness, hand and material, together with the flat blank drawing and required production quantity.
