Production route
The machine uses controlled roller geometry to form continuous screw flight from strip. Room-temperature forming minimizes oxidation and retains useful mechanical properties in the finished flight.
Model selection
Compare the required strip width, thickness, diameter, material and daily output with the machine range before confirming a configuration.
Higher-capacity configuration
GX150-10L is the larger configuration in the current comparison range. Its documented figures support early model screening only. A suitable production range must be confirmed from the combined ID, OD, pitch, strip width, thickness, material behaviour and finished length shown on the buyer's drawings.
Installation and line integration
The machine needs a clear feed path, planned coil loading, strip preparation and support for the flight leaving the rollers. Provide a dimensioned floor plan showing columns, doors, lifting equipment, operator access and the intended cut-off or assembly area.
Electrical supply confirmation
Confirm voltage, phase, frequency, available connected load and any destination-specific electrical standards. Motors, control hardware, protection and cable scope are reviewed for the actual installation instead of being carried over from a generic equipment offer.
Tooling and drawing requirements
Tooling selection depends on the flight family rather than the model name alone. Submit drawings for the minimum, maximum and most demanding flights, plus strip grade, coil dimensions and incoming condition. The proposal should identify included tooling, trial material, change parts and any product that needs a separate forming review.

Frequently asked questions
Use these answers as a starting point. Final geometry, material and equipment scope are confirmed from the project information.
Does the larger model automatically suit every large flight?
No. The complete product geometry, strip section, material behaviour and finished length must be reviewed. A larger headline range does not replace a drawing check.
Which products should be included in the tooling review?
Submit drawings for the minimum, maximum and most demanding flights, including any difficult pitch, material or section combination in the planned product mix.
What factory electrical details are required?
Confirm voltage, phase, frequency, available connected load and destination-specific electrical requirements before motors, controls and protection are finalised.
How should the buyer plan coil and finished-flight handling?
Provide coil dimensions and weight, loading method, feed direction, lifting equipment, cut-off route and the space available to support the formed flight leaving the rollers.
